Cancellations & refunds
The reservation payment
The GHS 500 that secures your booking is non-refundable if you cancel or do not turn up. It comes off your bill when you check in.
Changing your stay
Contact reception with your booking reference and the dates you would like to change. A change is not confirmed until reception has checked availability and agreed the revised arrangements with you.
Other payments and refund requests
For money paid beyond the reservation payment, request the applicable refund terms in writing from reception before paying. Refund eligibility and processing time must be confirmed for your reservation; this page does not promise an automatic refund.
Event security deposits
The GHS 1,000 event security deposit is returned in full when there is no damage, staining or spillage. Confirm return arrangements with reception when booking the event.
