Information used

Availability searches use your dates, guest count and selected apartment. The enquiry form prepares your name, topic and message for WhatsApp. It does not submit them until you choose to send the message in WhatsApp. Do not include a MoMo PIN, card details, passwords or identity-document images in an enquiry.

Bookings and support

When you contact reception, the team uses the details you provide to respond, arrange reservations and support your stay. Staybot supports the property's reservation and messaging operations. Relevant staff and service providers may process the information needed to deliver these services.

External services

WhatsApp and Google Maps operate under their own privacy terms when you open their links. This website does not automatically load a map, video player or social-media tracking widget.

Your choices

You can contact reception to request access to or correction of your information, ask about retention, or request deletion where applicable.
