What time can I check in and out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM and cannot be extended. Luggage storage is not offered before check-in or after check-out.
How much do I pay to secure my booking?
GHS 500 secures a reservation and is credited toward your stay. It is not an additional charge. A booking is confirmed only after availability and payment have been verified.
Can I cancel my booking?
The GHS 500 that secures your booking is non-refundable if you cancel or do not turn up. It comes off your bill when you check in. Contact reception about changes or any payment made beyond the reservation fee.
Is there a security deposit?
Ordinary stays have no security deposit. Pre-arranged events have a separate GHS 1,000 refundable security deposit, subject to the event terms.
Are breakfast and airport transfers included?
Breakfast is charged according to your order. Airport pick-up and car rental can be arranged at an additional charge.
Can I bring visitors or pets?
The Studio does not take visitors. The 2-Bedroom Apartment allows 2 visitors per day and the Penthouse allows 4. Pets are not allowed.
Can I book an event?
Events must be arranged and paid for in advance and are offered only in the 2-Bedroom Apartments. The Penthouse does not take parties or events. Contact reception for event availability and terms.
Is the swimming pool included?
Pool use is free for staying guests. Non-staying visitors pay GHS 120 per person. Contact reception about opening arrangements and supervision.
