Your reservation

These terms describe direct stays at Premier Plush Apartment in Trasacco, Accra. A search result or enquiry is not a confirmed reservation. Your apartment, dates, total price and payment status must be confirmed by reception.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Ghana cedis (GHS). The final quote for your dates takes precedence over a starting nightly rate. Confirm the complete amount, including any applicable charges, before paying.

GHS 500 secures the booking and is credited toward your stay. Any outstanding reservation balance is due at check-in. Ordinary stays do not have a security deposit. Events have separate pricing and deposit terms.

Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and requires a valid government-issued ID. The minimum check-in age is 18. Children are welcome. Check-out is 11:00 AM and cannot be extended. Reception must confirm the amount of any late-departure charge; luggage storage is not offered.

Cancellations and changes

The GHS 500 that secures your booking is non-refundable if you cancel or do not turn up. It comes off your bill when you check in.

Using the apartment

The house rules apply to every stay, including occupancy, visitors, smoking, noise and authorised events. Extra services such as breakfast, transfers and car rental are charged separately when arranged.
