At the property

Outdoor swimming pool which is free for guests staying with us — pool access for visitors who are not staying is GHS 120 per person.
The pool is attended until 9:00 PM.
After 9:00 PM the pool may still be used by confident swimmers, but there is no guide on duty and the pool is used entirely at the guest's own risk.
Restaurant and lounge on the property.
Standby generator for power interruptions. 24-hour security.
Housekeeping is provided — the schedule depends on the apartment and the length of your stay, and extra cleaning can be arranged with reception.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Smart TV, modern kitchen, air conditioning, balcony and terrace.
Free private parking.
Airport pick-up can be arranged at a charge, and so can car rental.
Hot food is cooked on the property.

Penthouse facilities
The private pool, mini gym, jacuzzi and sauna are exclusive to the 4-Bedroom Luxury Penthouse. There is no shared gym or spa treatment service advertised for other apartments.
Events by prior arrangement
Events are allowed in the 2-Bedroom Apartments only.
GHS 3,000 covers up to 15 people in total, plus a refundable GHS 1,000 security deposit — returned in full if there is no damage, staining or spillage.
The party must finish by 2:00 AM.
Four of those 15 are your booked guests.
They sleep over, check out at 11:00 AM the next day, and the pool is free for them.
The other 11 are invitees.
They leave after the programme, and pool access for them is GHS 120 per person, which can be discounted depending on numbers.
The security deposit applies to event bookings only — an ordinary stay has no deposit.
No unauthorised party or gathering is allowed, and it can lead to a guest being checked out without a refund.
The Penthouse does not take parties or events of any kind.
