House rules
For a comfortable stay for you and your neighbours.
No unauthorised party, event or gathering is permitted during a stay.
Events are allowed only in the 2-Bedroom Apartments and only when booked and paid for in advance; an unauthorised gathering can lead to a guest being checked out without a refund.
Strictly no smoking inside the apartment - a GHS 4,000 penalty applies for smoking indoors.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so only on the balconies or at the poolside.
Please bring a valid government-issued ID to check in, along with any balance still outstanding on the reservation.
Visitors are limited to 2 per day for a 2-Bedroom Apartment and 4 for the Penthouse; the Studio does not take visitors.
Pets are not allowed.
Check-out is 11:00 AM and cannot be extended.
A late-departure charge applies for every minute past 11:00 AM, so please let the front desk know in advance if you are running behind.
Luggage storage is not offered, either before check-in or after check-out.
Quiet hours begin at 12:00 midnight — please keep noise down from then on.
Minimum age for check-in is 18.
Children are welcome.
Events
Events are allowed in the 2-Bedroom Apartments only.
GHS 3,000 covers up to 15 people in total, plus a refundable GHS 1,000 security deposit — returned in full if there is no damage, staining or spillage.
The party must finish by 2:00 AM.
Four of those 15 are your booked guests.
They sleep over, check out at 11:00 AM the next day, and the pool is free for them.
The other 11 are invitees.
They leave after the programme, and pool access for them is GHS 120 per person, which can be discounted depending on numbers.
The security deposit applies to event bookings only — an ordinary stay has no deposit.
